Just popping in with a quick post. I'm crazy busy homeschooling again so I craft whenever I can and pray I can blog before the challenge is over!
I wanted to play along with this week's sketch from the great
unscripted sketch site. It's a clean look and I love those!
Here's the sketch and my card:
Ever since I saw the chain-link fence die from Simon Says Stamp!, I had to get it! I love it! All pattern papers are from Teresa Collins--LOVE her style! I went ahead and cut two strips of the chain-link fence and connected them so that they'd form the background to the flowers. The flowers are also from Simon Says Stamp! and I can't say enough how great the dies are to work with! I added a banner sentiment (Hero Arts) and then added some turquoise gems and the card was done. Love the simplicity--yet intricacy--of the card.

Love the clean look of your card. I haven't seen the chain link fence die before....it looks GREAT on your card and looks like it would be one of the 'must have' dies! Great colors too. Very effective placment of the rhinestones. Perfect execution of this week Unscripted sketch :)
