Jesus is the Reason

Hi again,

I know it's July but I just completed an order for Christmas cards! I thought I'd share one of my favorite cards. I'm also entering it in the latest Simon Says challenge which asked us to emboss something. Here's my card:

I started out with some red pattern paper from a Christmas stack from DCWV. I also used little strips of silver glitter paper--LOVE this paper from DCWV--and strips of black paper that helped separate the main image/sentiment from the pattern paper. I added some faux stitching to the black strips which helped make it stand out more. The image is from Hero Arts, as is the sentiment, and I silver embossed both. Super quick card but I love how it turned out!
